LUNCH IS ON NOVIKOV RESTAURANT & BAR

 

 

 

 

 Located in the heart of Mayfair, Novikov Restaurant & Bar is attracting rave reviews for its amazing interiors and fabulous cuisine.

Already a favourite haunt of the lunchtime crowd, Novikov is aware that not everyone has time for a long, leisurely midday repast. Accordingly, it has just unveiledits Lunchtime Express Menu, a set three course offering for just £22 per head that is guaranteed to be served within an hour.

In the Italian Restaurant, Head Chef Carmelo Carnevale has created a daily changing menu that incorporates stand out starters like insalata di carciofi con rucola e scagliedi parmigiano (artichokes & rocket salad with shaved parmesan) and carpaccio di orate (seabream carpaccio with lemon & chilli dressing). These are followed by such equally inventive main courses as penne con "Stracotto" brasato al vino rosso (penne with "Stracotto" beef braised in red wine sauce) and quaglie marinate al rosmarino con fagiolini (quails marinated in rosemary served with green beans), all rounded off by a selection of homemade cakes, ice creams or sorbets.

In the Asian Restaurant meanwhile, Head Chef Jeff Tyler has devised an equally imaginative lunch menu that again will change every day. Starters will include choices such as white miso soup or baby pakchoi kimchi, followed by mains to include salmon teriyaki served with steamed rice. Tyler's signature green tea brûlée will be among the desserts bringing proceedings to a close.

The Lunchtime Express Menu at Novikov Restaurant & Bar is available in the Asian Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant, both priced at £22 per head.
